Today we dropped baby brother off at grandma’s house and took Annie to her very first theater movie, Brave. It was a great, empowering movie and even though I know Annie didn’t fully understand the undertones of it, I was totally impressed with her attention span. She didn’t take her eyes off of the screen except to tell her daddy to “shhhh” when he asked her if she was having fun (we had gone over theater etiquette on the way to the theater and not talking loudly was one of the main points. Guess she got it…;). I adore being her mama.
