On the 1st day of blogging… | Atlanta, GA Children’s Photographer

Hello, dear blog. Looonnng time, no see. I’m sorry about that. You see, I had such great aspirations coming off of maternity leave. Everything I shot was going to be blogged within a specific time frame and it was going to be great. Wellll, then life happened. And, life with a 3 year old and a newborn, come to find out, is kinda busy. And my priorities got shifted from blogging to ensuring that the wonderful families I shot this fall had their galleries on time. And you, old blog, got put on the back burner. Sorry ’bout that.

Then, last week on facebook, I told everyone that I was so excited because I was going to start my “12 Days of Blogging” (get it…spin off of the 12 days of Christmas. Lame? Perhaps.) on Saturday, December 1st. Then, that busy life I mentioned above, happened again. And my now 5 month old caught a nasty virus that had us in and out of the doctor’s office, doing breathing treatments three times a day, a temp of 103, a rash to accompany it all and a partridge in a pear tree…whew! SOOO, my 12 Days of Blogging got pushed back a bit. Now, I do not foresee life interfering any more with this little project (aka “Operation Get All Sessions Blogged Since August” project)… *famous last words* So, let’s get started!

But…before we do, I have to leave you with just a couple of pictures of my sweet little guy from when he was feeling much better. I could eat him right on up!
